Is the concert family friendly? 

While children are allowed, parents are encouraged to use discretion. The concert sound levels, crowds and content may not be suitable for younger audiences. Children 2 and under are not required to have a ticket. 

Are printed tickets accepted? 

Yes. Printed tickets are accepted but we recommend saving your tickets digitally for ease at entry. Etix offers a barcode that is visible on your mobile device, which the box office can scan at the door. 

What should I expect upon arrival?

When visiting the Hilde Performance Center, your safety is our top priority.  Attendees and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Upon arrival at the entrance gates, please have your bags open and available for inspection. Please leave large bags at home.

What is the bag policy?

• Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket. 
• All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be clear. 
• Diaper bags and medical bags (including breast pumps) are allowed and subject to additional inspection.
• Any bag outside of these limitations is subject to be turned away, asked to be left inside a vehicle, or otherwise disposed of. 

Will there be ADA accommodations available? 

• The Plymouth City Hall parking lot, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. has several ADA-marked spots, and the path to the amphitheater is accessible. There is a designated ADA viewing section and restrooms inside the venue.

What is the weather policy?

Hilde Amplified has a rain-or-shine policy, so events will not be canceled due to rain or heat. Delays due to severe weather will be posted on Hilde Amplified website and social media pages. Please note: Umbrellas are NOT allowed inside the venue. 

Where is parking available?

• Concert event parking is free and based on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
• Self Parking: There are several FREE parking lots available near and around the Hilde Performance Center and street parking is available along Plymouth Boulevard and 34th Avenue.
• ADA and reserved parking is available at Plymouth City Hall

Will there be food and beverages available? 

• Food trucks will be in the plaza area on the south side of the festival grounds.
• There will be water refilling stations inside the venue. Attendees are allowed to bring in 1 empty refillable water bottle per person.
• Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages will be sold inside the venue. No alcoholic beverages are allowed outside of the gated concert area.  
• Alcohol sales are 21+ only and attendees are subject to show ID upon request.

Can I reenter the concert grounds if I leave? 

Reentry is not allowed.

What can I bring to the concert grounds?

Permitted

• Lawn chairs without the bag (general admission and VIP Deck tickets only, no chairs in VIP Pit). These are subject to search at entry
• Outdoor blankets are allowed but please be mindful of space and do not lay blankets on designated walkways
• Bags under 6 in x 9 in. Any larger sized bags must be clear
• Ponchos, raincoats and trash bags 
• Non-professional cameras (no detachable lenses) 
• One empty refillable water bottle per person. These are subject to search on arrival Please remove cap prior to check in. There will be refill stations available throughout the event
• Baby strollers, including stroller wagons designed to transport children with children present
• Battery operated personal fan 
• Bug spray
• Sunscreen

Non-Permitted

• Oversized or clear tarps
• Staking into the ground
• Posters or signs of any size 
• Umbrellas
• Outside food or beverages 
• Coolers of any kind 
• Recording devices 
• Drones or any other remote flying device 
• Inflatables of any kind 
• Glass containers 
• Liquor or drugs - smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited 
• Laser pointers 
• Weapons of any kind 
• Selfie sticks 
• Animals (except service animals) 
• Personal motorized/electric vehicles including electric bikes, electric scooters and self-balanced wheels
• Non-motorized wheels including skateboards, rollerblades and bicycles. Bike racks are located at each entrance for your convenience
• Exceptions: Personal mobility devices, such as wheelchairs and scooters, are permitted for guests with accessibility (ADA) needs
