Purpose of the Hello! Plymouth Platforms

Tourism-related businesses located within the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, are eligible for free promotion through the Plymouth Destination Marketing Organization’s website, social media and other promotional materials.
Businesses located outside the city may be included if Hello! Plymouth determines that visitors would reasonably consider them part of the greater Plymouth area or would attract a regional audience.
Eligible businesses may receive the following:
- Website business listing, which may contain:
- Business name
- Physical address
- Phone number
- Website URL
- Business description or list of amenities
- Images
- Opportunities to submit events to the Hello! Plymouth website calendar
- Distribution of information about special offers or promotions via website, print or social media.
Promotion may vary based on campaign focus as well as Hello! Plymouth staff availability. Businesses are responsible for providing updated information, including new offers or changes to business details.
Website Calendar Event Listings Policy
Events submitted for inclusion on the Hello! Plymouth website calendar must adhere to these advertising and promotion and guidelines. Eligibility for inclusion on the Hello! Plymouth calendar is determined based on these guidelines and Hello! Plymouth discretion. - Does not require membership for access (even free memberships)
- Falls under the hospitality/tourism industry as a place to eat, stay, visit or thing to do within Plymouth.
Hello! Plymouth may also consider case-by-case listings for activities requiring reservations if deemed appropriate.
