Hoptacular 2026: The Ultimate Minnesota Craft Beer Showcase
Join us Saturday, July 18th for a legendary lineup of the best breweries in Minnesota! This rare gathering of heavy-hitters, local icons, and cult favorites will be pouring side-by-side right here in Plymouth. If you love elite craft beer, this is the one festival you cannot miss this summer.

The Beer Grotto (Opens at 3:00 PM)
Unlike traditional beer festivals, there is no entry fee or expensive ticket required to access these world-class pours. The Beer Grotto operates entirely on a pay-as-you-go system, giving you the freedom to taste your way through the finest liquid the state has to offer, featuring: Arbeiter, Back Channel, Barrel Theory, Dangerous Man, Forager, Haggard Barrel, Junkyard, Luce Line, and Lupulin.

Get ready for an epic live show with Free Fallin: The Tom Petty Concert Experience! Performing internationally for almost two decades, this highly skilled tribute band delivers a spectacular live production featuring authentic instruments and wardrobe under the big tent.

Keep yourself fueled between world-class pours with hearty portions from two fantastic local trucks:

Hana Bistro: Serving up scratch-made Chinese and Asian favorites. They offer excellent vegetarian and vegan choices, and 95% of their entrees can be made gluten-friendly upon request.
