PLYMOUTH, Mass. -- Emergency crews said three people on board a small double-engine plane that crashed in Plymouth on Saturday suffered only minor injuries. Investigators said the plane went down in the woods off 100 Federal Furnace Road at about 5:15 pm FAA spokeswoman Arlene Salac said the plane was headed to Plymouth Municipal Airport after doing aerial survey work. But she says something went wrong and it got stuck in a tree in someone's back yard. Salac said crews were able to get all three people out of the plane and all should recover. She said there was no initial indication what caused the crash. The plane was registered in Georgia. wcvb.com
